Is this actually free?
Yes. You get the concept whether or not you ever hire anyone or buy anything through us. We make money when people choose to order plants or book a contractor, not from the design.
What makes a good photo?
Stand at the far edge of the space, hold the phone at chest height, and get the whole yard in one frame including the fence line. Daylight, not dusk. If the yard is large, two photos from opposite corners help more than a close-up of one bed.
Will you suggest plants that die where I live?
That is the whole point. Every plant is filtered against your local climate, soil, and sun exposure. If something needs babying to survive your summers, it does not go on your list.
What happens to my photo?
It is used to generate your concept and nothing else. We do not publish it, and we do not sell or share your email address.
